This 10-week yoga journey bridges traditional yoga with modern understanding of body mechanics and emotional well-being.

Each session is designed to support spinal alignment, improve joint mobility, and build balanced strength — helping prevent the stiffness and tension that chiropractors and physiotherapists often address.

Through mindful movement, controlled breathing, and guided relaxation, participants learn to:
